When his partner Tom and his family are murdered by infamous assassin Rogue (Jet Li - Unleashed), FBI agent Jack Crawford (Jason Statham - Crank) becomes racked with guilt over the death of his partner and at the same time becomes obsessed with getting to Rogue, too the detriment of everything else including his own family. A few years after the murder Rogue returns as he sets in motion a bloody war between rival Chinese gangs the Triads and Yakuza's.
