In a dystopian future Rebecca (Lori Petty), aka Tank Girl, is one of a group of survivors living in a small community in the middle of nowhere where the water is controlled by a mega corporation run by Kesslee (Malcolm McDowell). When Tank Girl and her friends are caught for stealing water she ends up meeting Jet Girl (Naomi Watts) in the prison.
