Insp. Chan Ka Kui (Jackie Chan - The Cannonball Run) heads to China to hook up with Insp. Jessica Yang (Michelle Yeoh - The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor) his Red counterpart in an operation to bust a drug lord's brother out of prison.
