Vin Diesel in Fast & Furious 6 (2013)

Going Furious in The UK

For Dom (Vin Diesel), Brian (Paul Walker) and the gang their exploits in Rio may have left them wealthy but it left them away from home and unable to return something which troubles new father Brian. So when Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) tracks down Dom in need of his and the gangs help to bring down a criminal mastermind Shaw (Luke Evans) full pardons is at the top of Brian's demands. But for Dom his interest in helping is different as it seems Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) never died and has become Shaw's number two.

Watching "Fast & Furious 6" is a bit like watching an episode of "Friends" as the appeal is catching up with the characters, enjoying that they bring to the show what they always have, which is chemistry and comedy as well as the muscle driven action. Okay so there is also a storyline which has a combination of things going from Dom, Brian and the gang working with Hobbs to get a bad guy and in turn pardons to the whole what is going on with Letty working for the bad guys in England no less. Yes "Fast & Furious 6" shifts the action to Britain just to add another layer to the formula.

As such you have to say that "Fast & Furious 6" is a success as the characters are what you want them to be; Dom is muscles with soul, Hobbs is muscles with comedy, Gisele and Riley are hot action chicks and so it goes on. And there is plenty of hot action from big pieces involving car chases and James Bond style car flips to smaller moments of one on one combat with Gina Carano delivering that in a dangerously hot and sexy way.

What this all boils down to is that "Fast & Furious 6" is undeniably entertaining with the old gang delivering the fun you expect from their characters whilst there being plenty of fast paced and frankly quite stunning action.
