Things are typically chaotic in the Newton household as George (Charles Grodin) and Alice (Bonnie Hunt) try to get their business off the ground. It means that whilst they are busy and the kids are at school Beethoven goes in to town during the day where he meets a lady St. Bernard who he falls for. He not only falls for her but 10 weeks after meeting Beethoven becomes a dad to a litter of pups which Ted (Christopher Castile) & Emily (Sarah Rose Karr - Father of the Bride) discover when they decide to follow Beethoven. But they also discover that Regina (Debi Mazar), who owns Beethoven's girlfriend doesn't want them and so the young Newton's with the help of Ryce (Nicholle Tom) take them home and hide them in their basement. ...
